I have said good-byes, you know,
Many times- to a friend, a bad relationship, to inconvenience, to loss,
But this is different.
I look up poems,
To make up for my lack of expression-
And none of them fit my words.
And then I realise-
I may never know how to tell you good- bye.
I just don’t want to.
You don’t say good-bye to the best that life gives you.
You just remember.
He was with me from June 2012 and passed on 7th May 2014.
